Return and Exchange Policy

General Guidelines: Returns or exchanges are not allowed if the customer ordered the incorrect size or color, or simply changed their mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Products: Only in the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please reach out to our team and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Return Policy: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, liquids, or flammable gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we’ll inform you if the refund is approved or not. If approved, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
